House Rules

there is not much in terms of rules, it's mostly respect and common sense.

1. No loud noise between 11 pm - 8:30 am.
2. Only guests in the reservation are allowed. Visitors are only allowed if added to the booking.
3. No smoking anywhere in the house or garden.
4. No peanuts or any legumes (beans or anything that comes in a pod) can be brought to the house.
5. Fire starter and firewood can be delivered at an additional charge of £ 15.
6. Please limit interaction with neighbours to emergency only, they like to keep it to themselves.
7. At checkout ensure all appliances such as ovens and space heaters are off.
